What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What delivery options do you offer?
Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail:
Tracked 48 with signature - 2-3 business days from date of dispatch, Tracked 24 with signature - next business day from date of dispatch.
Orders outside the UK are sent via DHL Express:
Tracked with signature - next possible business day from date of dispatch, Premium 09:00, 10:30 and 12:00 options available, please email hello@anegadaclub.com for a quote.

How will I know if you have received my order?
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us advising that your order will be processed shortly. If you have not received it and have checked your junk/spam folder, please do notify us at hello@anegadaclub.com.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Once your payment and the delivery/billing address has been verified our fulfilment team will then begin the process of picking and packing your order. When all these processes have been met, dispatch is within one working day.
What currency do you accept?
All of our products are in GBP / UK pounds sterling.
How do I exchange my order?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and then return the item you have following our returns policy. Once we receive your returned item we will then issue a refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
We try our very best for refunds to be processed within 7 days, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
When will my gift card expire?
Our gift cards never expire, they can be used anytime after purchase.
How do I know what size to order?
All of our dresses are a relaxed fit, and we include exact body measurements on our product pages. Generally we use UK dual sizing and our guidelines are S - size UK 8/10, M - size UK 12/14, L - size UK 16/18.
